Overview Cloud Infrastructure Manager – Dublin | Hybrid
Our client is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead a high-performing cloud squad, shape the AWS infrastructure strategy, and help deliver mission-critical services across a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities Lead a cross-functional cloud squad, driving delivery and technical excellence
Shape and evolve the AWS-based infrastructure strategy
Oversee offshore vendor performance and incident response
Collaborate with stakeholders across PMO, QA, DBA, and applications teams
Drive change, continuous improvement, and best practices across teams
Ensure operational stability, talent development, and knowledge sharing
Qualifications 5–7+ years’ leadership experience in IT/cloud infrastructure
Experience leading a migration from on prem to cloud
Expertise in AWS, Terraform, and Infrastructure-as-Code
Deep knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
Experience managing offshore teams and large-scale environments
Strong communicator, collaborator, and strategic thinker
Proven ability to deliver in a high-governance, fast-paced setting
Hybrid model: Dublin HQ + flexible home working (Swords once a week)
