About The Role:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the Soft Services requirements of our client's 'Gold Standard' Visitor Attraction and support our client in 'elevating their visitor's experience' throughout their visit
- Manage an efficient and effective team of cleaning operatives who are responsible for supporting the successful service delivery of a high standard of hygiene, always ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service
- Support the Conference and Events Manager in the soft service delivery to the 'attraction facilities' to ensure they experience an attractive venue for both internal and external events
- Carrying out meetings with stakeholders and organisers, preparing detailed quotes for event specifications. Compiling contracts and agreements, always ensuring a seamless service delivery to both external and internal customers.
- Financial acumen in managing a high-profile budgetary requirement ensuring targets are met in line with the delivery of a 5* service
