Role Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading and supporting site safety in collaboration with the safety and project teams. This will involve ensuring a secure working environment for all personnel on site.

The role requires strong leadership skills to manage site quality assurance, track progress against project goals, and oversee project costs including labour, materials, plant, and variations.

Key responsibilities include supervising day-to-day site operations, managing the on-site team, coordinating across all disciplines, monitoring subcontractor performance, and conducting weekly coordination meetings.

You will also be responsible for managing snagging and punch lists in support of QA/QC, reporting labour hours for direct staff and subcontractors, and leading site meetings and reviews throughout the project lifecycle.

Additionally, this role requires a strong understanding of construction programmes and the ability to effectively manage teams and subcontractors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Mechanical Construction Manager role or similar.
  • A trade background or relevant third-level qualification in engineering or construction.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and construction programmes effectively.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of the complete design and construction lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
