Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Employment Relations Consultant to provide exceptional HR support in a fast-paced environment. You'll work with a talented team, delivering high-quality HR solutions across various sectors. This role demands a deep understanding of HR law and best practices, combined with a commercial perspective to effectively support and advise clients.

The Role

- Offer expert HR & Employment Law guidance to clients.
- Design and implement tailored HR solutions for diverse industries.
- Lead complex workplace investigations, including Dignity and Respect at Work, Disciplinary, and Grievance issues.
- Deliver practical advice via on-site, telephone, video, and email communications.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on Employment Law and HR trends.
- Create and present content for seminars and training workshops.
- Contribute to developing new compliance products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet client needs.
- Review and advise on client policies to ensure legal compliance.
- Draft content for employment law publications.
- Perform other duties as required.

What You Bring to the Team

- Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years in an HR role with experience in policy and procedural advice.
- In-depth knowledge of Employment Law in various workplace settings.
- Strong commercial acumen and adaptability.
- Proficient in researching, writing, and presenting HR materials.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and project management skills.
- Team player with a proactive, innovative approach.
- Proficient in Windows and computer applications.
- Own transport with a full clean driving license and appropriate insurance.
