Warehouse Operative

Our client is a leading distribution company, is seeking a permanent Warehouse Operative to join our team in Finglas, Dublin 11. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to become a key part of their growing operation.
This Warehouse Operative role will involve working in a small warehouse environment working with goods in and out, managing stock through a stock system and labeling and coding products. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be good with numbers.

Salary & Benefits:

€18 per hour
Mon to Thurs: 9am – 4.30pm, Fri 9am – 3.30pm
2 Bonus payments paid through the year
Additional Performance based Bonus paid after 2 year of service
Some Overtime required but not always
Death in Service
Income protection
Canteen

Responsibilities:

Operate counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
Handle goods inwards/outwards, stock picking, packing, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate stock control through computerised systems.
Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out to the highest standard of accuracy and safety.
Work with numbers, coding, and product identification with precision.
Support day-to-day warehouse functions and team operations.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (essential).
Valid Manual Handling Certificate (essential).
Strong communication verbally and written.
Strong computer literacy with experience using warehouse management systems.
Good numerical ability with excellent coding and attention-to-detail skills.
Previous warehouse experience in a similar role.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
