Warehouse Operative Job Description

Fulfill a key role in our logistics operation as a Warehouse Operative, participating in receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

About the Role
  • Operate a Very Narrow Aisle forklift daily (License required)
  • Effectively manage inbound/outbound goods with accurate scanning and documentation
  • Loading and unloading trailers and preparing orders for dispatch efficiently
Key Responsibilities
  • Scan and log goods using warehouse management systems accurately
  • Ensure precise picking, packing, and order assembly processes
  • Maintain warehouse and loading areas safe and organized at all times

Essential skills include VNA license, previous experience with inventory systems, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic. Good communication skills in English are also essential. Desirable skills include experience with GDP standards, background in a fast-paced warehouse environment, familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
