We are conveniently located next to the Airport and just five minutes from the M1 and M50. We are currently recruiting for an Airport Shuttle Bus Driver on a Full- or Part-time basis. The main responsibility attaching to this role is to ensure that Hotel guests are transported to and from the Hotel to Dublin Airport in a friendly, comfortable, and safe manner. Why join our Team? We are offering you: A certified Great Place to Work, with great colleagues A competitive salary Free meals while on duty Uniform An IHF-sponsored Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Free car parking (parking while on holidays if travelling from Dublin Airport) Free shuttle to and from Dublin Airport for employees whose bus goes to the Airport Employee engagement initiatives e.g. free yoga classes, fitness programmes Training and development opportunities for internal and external training Annual Social Events Christmas Party, Summer BBQ, etc. Annual Tax-saver and Bike to Work scheme offered to all eligible employees Health-related benefits after the qualifying period of service Specific responsibilities include: To ensure Hotel guests are always greeted in a friendly and polite manner To ensure the safe transfer of Hotel guests between the Hotel and the Airport/other locations To undertake daily vehicle checks of the Hotel shuttle bus vehicles To maintain the Hotel shuttle bus vehicles in a clean and tidy manner To communicate effectively with all relevant Departments, to ensure guest requests are met To assist Hotel guests with stowage/unloading of luggage on their arrival and departure Delivering excellent customer care; being able to work on your own initiative Successful applicants must have: 2 years previous Bus or Coach Driving experience, ideally with a Hotel shuttle service Excellent interpersonal skills for this key guest-facing role, with strong levels of spoken English Be aged a minimum of 25 years (for insurance purposes) and hold a valid, clean Category D1 License A valid CPC Drivers card and be up-to-date with your CPC module training A good standard of health / level of fitness, and be capable of, and comfortable with, physical activity (handling baggage is an integral part of the role) Be flexible as regards shift work patterns (potentially some night work on occasion - our shuttle operation runs 24/7) Skills: Shuttle Bus Driver D 1 licence required Flexibility Punctuality Customer Care CPC Required
