Business Processes Consultant

What you’ll build:

- Deliver SAP Max Attention Services and Projects as a team member.

- Assume the role of onsite De‑Escalation Architect for mission‑critical services.

- Drive new initiatives and activities as part of the Center of Expertise (CoE).

- Multiply expertise within the team through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

- Develop and execute service and de‑escalation plans for critical customers.

- Identify top issues in engagements at critical customers and bridge gaps effectively.

- Manage multiple tasks and workloads, including extended hours when necessary, to ensure customer success.

What you bring:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Integration Scenario/Interface development with SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP Process Integration/Orchestration.

- Proficiency in SAP API Management and debugging configuration issues.

- Experience in optimizing runtime performance by identifying bottlenecks and design issues.

- A minimum of 3 full‑cycle implementation project experiences in the above‑named SAP integration technologies & end to end integration involving at least two of the SAP SaaS Applications such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, C4c, Commerce etc…

- Strong analytical skills, creativity, and an open‑minded approach to problem‑solving.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical action plans and resolutions at an executive management level.
