We are currently seeking a Project Manager, Firecrest to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Manager, Firecrest at ICON, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects within the Firecrest platform, which provides digital solutions to enhance clinical trial processes. You will oversee the planning, execution, and management of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. Your role will be crucial in driving the successful deployment of Firecrest solutions, enabling ICON to support clients in optimizing their clinical trials. What You Will Be Doing: Managing the end-to-end delivery of Firecrest projects, from initial planning through to successful deployment. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with client needs and organizational goals. Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices. Communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, information technology, or life sciences. Proven experience in managing projects within a digital health or clinical research environment, preferably with experience in the Firecrest platform. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality digital solutions.
