Collections Manager, Multinational, Dublin

We are working with a highly regarded global client to recruit an experienced Collections Manager. This is a leadership role with significant visibility and impact across the business, focusing on managing and optimising the full collections cycle. Key Role Responsibilities: Manage and develop a team responsible for cash and collections Deliver monthly targets and KPIs Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and internal stakeholders Streamline workflows and implement process improvements Handle escalations for complex billing scenarios and client requests Support compliance with internal policies and financial controls Analyse data, prepare reports, and drive action plans to improve results Candidate Requirements: Minimum 4 years experience in collections Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Hands-on experience with financial systems such as SAP Strong analytical and reporting skills Knowledge of VAT and billing compliance standards Interested?
