Brilliant opportunity for a Cloud Accounting Manager/Senior Manager. My Client is a leading accountancy and taxation practice in the Northeast of Ireland, offering a modern, forward-thinking environment. This role involves client management, team leadership, and driving the adoption of cloud accounting software to enhance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Leadership and Management
- Oversee the Cloud Accounting department to ensure high service standards and team development.
- Manage and analyse management accounts, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members on cloud tools and best practices.
- Client Management & Business Development
- Build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on cloud accounting software.
- Develop strategies to attract new clients and drive revenue growth.
- Represent the firm at industry events and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Technical Expertise

- Proficiency in cloud accounting tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
- Stay updated on industry trends and engage in relevant certifications.
- Operational Excellence
- Streamline processes and maintain a focus on quality.
- Contribute to the team culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Ideal Candidate

- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent preferred.
- Extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud accounting software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
