Job Description We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team and work in various locations around Dublin. These roles will begin in January 2026 As a care assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your role will involve assisting with activities of daily living. Personal care companionship Dementia care Nutritional care Disabilities Challenging behavior other ad hoc duties supporting clients with their individual needs as set out in their care plan Qualifications Candidates must have the following qualification to apply for this position QQi Level 5 care skills and care of the older person Completed Working towards Full Level 5 healthcare award Valid People Moving and handling certificate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient nature Excellent time management skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Requirements for this role Minimum one year experience working in a similar role. Valid GNIB if applicable and eligibility to work in Ireland Ability to read, speak and write in the English language References from other organisations where care was provided International Police clearance if applicable.
