Quantity Surveyor Salary €60K - €85K DOE Location Drogheda Civils & Building Contractor Our client is looking to recruit a new Quantity Surveyor for their expanding business to work with an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role is office based in Drogheda (hybrid available after settling in) with travel to Sites in Dublin as required. Client is working on a range of Commercial and Industrial Projects with blue chip clients. What you need for this Job Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management. 4+ years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role on construction projects with a building contractor. Civils experience an advantage Strong time management skills Strong understanding of the construction industry and working on site Collaborative mindset and solutions-focused approach to problem solving Eligibility to work in Ireland/EU Full driving license Key Responsibilities in conjunction with Senior QS Managing the commercial aspects of multiple live projects Managing purchasing costs and placing orders with suppliers Preparing and submitting applications for payment Negotiating and agreeing project variations Cashflow forecasting and monitoring Contract management If interested in our Quantity Surveyorrole in Drogheda, please apply below or call between 9am - 5pm and speak to Michael re the opportunity.
