Cpl Healthcare has an exciting position available for a Resourcer who is fluent in Spanish +/- Italian focusing on sourcing experienced Healthcare Assistants for full time positions in Ireland.

Cpl Healthcare is Ireland’s leading healthcare recruitment company, we recruit nurses and healthcare assistants into full time positions in hospitals, nursing homes and care facilities across Ireland and the UK. The role is office based in our Galway office and is 6 months initially with in a view to extend the contract if required.

Interested candidates are required to have

- Previous recruitment experience is desirable

- Experience working in a targeted environment is desirable

- Fluent in Spanish +/- Italian

- Good knowledge of the healthcare industry

- Good communication skills

The role involves

- Sourcing candidates from across Eastern Europe

- Develop a knowledge of the market

- Social Media Campaign to source candidates

- Attend Open Days / Recruitment fairs

- Work closely with the recruiters to attract and target as many candidates as possible
