Our multinational client in Dublin city centre has an exciting recruitment for a Recruitment Coordinator, for a 6 month maternity leave contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for communications with interviewers and candidates throughout complex recruitment processes. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.

Responsibilities Required

· Schedule and coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual interview across multiple time zones and locations

· Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews

· Coordinate candidate travel deadlines and SLA’s

· Maintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes

· Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies

· Develop strong stakeholder relationships

· Ability to analyse scheduling reports to track and identify trends

· Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process

Experience Required

· 2+ years of Recruiting Coordination experience

· Bachelor's Degree

· Excellent communication and organisation skills

· Familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones and regions

· Ability to manage relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates,

· Experience with Microsoft Office software, or similar

· Experience with HR software and coordination scheduling systems
