Contracts Manager Assistant We are recruiting for a proactive Contracts Manager Assistant to support maintenance operations. Responsibilities Support customers, management and staff with technical and administrative assistance. Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships. Issue reports, quotations and tenders promptly. Coordinate and prioritise service calls, engineers and customer appointments. Review service reports, prepare invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients. Schedule and oversee maintenance visits, ensuring timely completion and follow up quotations. Manage purchasing activities, including purchase orders, delivery dockets and supplier invoices. Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement. Maintain accurate documentation across systems Requirements Degree in Building Services or related discipline. Minimum 2 years experience in the HVAC industry. Strong background in HVAC services. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. Benefits Salary: €40k - €45k DOE Pension contribution.
