Software Maintenance Renewal Manager

We are currently looking for a Software Renewals Manager based in Dublin, Ohio supporting our Information Systems Management software solutions.

This position is based in our Dublin, OH office, with a requirement to work in the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

1. Primary responsibility is managing a renewal sales team. Trains, mentors, coaches, and supervises renewal representatives.
2. Has thorough knowledge of the organization's products/services.
3. Prioritizes and allocates resources.
4. Typically works with the field sales organization to ensure that renewal representatives are provided adequate support in the field.
5. Maintain and develop strong channel partnerships.
6. Responsible for setting weekly targets and ensuring revenue quota is attained.
7. Responsible for Americas renewal sales targets for a specific business unit.
8. Manage accurate forecast for assigned business unit.
9. Maintain intimate understanding of maintenance booking potential, renewal rate and loss analysis.
10. Share key findings with management.
11. Build out and execute product upsell.
12. Responsible for the development and performance of all renewals sales activities in assigned business unit.
13. Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
14. Builds a collaborative renewals selling model with our direct sales team.

Qualifications

1. Undergraduate degree and 4+ years related Inside Sales or Renewals experience.
2. 2+ years experience leading a team in management or team lead role.
3. Industry experience with Software or Technology highly desired.
4. Passion for retaining the existing customer base.
5. Proven track record of success in sales.
6. Experience with SFDC.
7. Must be able to work from our office located in Dublin, OH.

Preferences

1. Graduate degree.
2. Experience in a fast-paced prospecting/outbound sales development role.
3. 6+ months of experience in an IT Sales-related environment.
