Job Description

- Develop and execute lean deployment strategies across multiple sites to enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste in processes.

- Lead kaizen events and other lean workshops to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of lean implementations.

- Provide coaching and training on lean principles to team members and stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment of lean practices with the company's broader business goals.

- Support the engineering and manufacturing teams in integrating lean methodologies into daily operations.

- Act as a champion for a lean c.ulture throughout the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Lean Deployment (Director level) should have:

- A strong background in lean principles and their application within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

- Proven experience in leading lean transformations and driving measurable results.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and engage teams.

- A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
