Job Description: Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution, Specialized in Fuel Industry based in Dublin Port. My Client requires a Transport Clerk to join their team to looking after day-to-day operation. Key Responsibilities: Assign Driver Vehicle and Paperwork Check Driver Tacho and working hours Check Return Documentation Follow up on Delivery Issues Check out vehicles keys and assign loading / unloading locations Ad hoc duties as required Key Requirements: High Attention to detail Good organizational skills Ideally previous Transport Office Experience Good Communication Skills Microsoft Office Experience ( Word, Excel etc ) Manual handling is an advantage but training can be provided Hours: The shift rotates every two weeks: Week 1 Monday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday hours shifts) Week 2 Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday hours shifts) Pay: €16.56 per hour €19.87 Sunday rate PleasecontactAnnaviamailapplicationatanna.stryorpleasecallformoreinformation.
