Job Description;Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution, Specialized in Fuel Industry based in Dublin Port.My Client requires a Transport Clerk to join their team to looking after day-to-day operation.Key Responsibilities;Assign Driver Vehicle and PaperworkCheck Driver Tacho and working hoursCheck Return DocumentationFollow up on Delivery IssuesCheck out vehicles keys and assign loading / unloading locationsAd hoc duties as requiredKey Requirements;High Attention to detailGood organizational skillsIdeally previous Transport Office ExperienceGood Communication SkillsMicrosoft Office Experience ( Word, Excel etc )Manual handling is an advantage but training can be providedHours;The shift rotates every two weeks:Week 1 – Monday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday 07:00 - 17:00 (10 hours shifts)Week 2 – Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday 10:00 - 20:00 (10 hours shifts)Pay;€16.56 per hour€19.87 Sunday ratePlease contact Anna via mail application at or please call for more information.
