Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all site-based construction activity

- Manage subcontractors, labour, and material deliveries

- Ensure adherence to project plans, health & safety standards, and building regulations

- Maintain daily site records and reporting to senior management

- Resolve site-based challenges and ensure smooth workflow

- Liaise with stakeholders, project managers, and consultants

- Drive quality workmanship and project outcomes

Requirements

- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on building projects in Ireland

- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Strong understanding of building regulations and safety procedures

- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications

- Full driver's licence

- Relevant construction qualification is an advantage
