THE ROLE

We’re looking for a visionary product leader who can keep the client in focus while creating, leading, and evangelizing the product vision, navigating through technical requirements, go-to-market plans, and design globally spread Product leadership, development, UX, and Product marketing functions to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

A successful candidate will:

- Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on delivering innovative product features and technologies.
- Ideate, develop and launch product roadmaps based on the customer journeys and aligned with the wider business and product strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams, distributed globally to ensure successful product delivery.
- Collaborate and help grow a high-performing product team by creating a thorough product knowledge base, product management best practices and exhibiting exemplary product acumen.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor/'s degree in preferably engineering or computer science
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in one of the following: SaaS, data cloud management, big data, security and privacy, development and operations, or artificial intelligence/machine learning.
- Passionate about creating streamlined user experiences by simplifying complex data ingestion and onboarding processes
- Be an advocate for scalable and operability solutions, evolving the existing capabilities and driving new ones to further scale, simplify and automate data interactions with the user.
- Familiarity with Data Science and/or Data Engineering personas (you know what a panda is)
- Be just as comfortable in a deep technical conversation as you are in a discussion about strategy, pricing, marketing or go-to-market

- Proven successful track-record of building consumer product experiences across complex projects in a highly collaborative environment
- Knowledge in AI, and ideally Generative AI
- A strategic mindset, ability to be comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders on different levels
- Ability to switch between big picture and attention to detail, with distinctive business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Have an excellent understanding of the software product development cycle.
- Technical aptitude and knowledge of the data ecosystem to understand the intricacies of our products and our customers data needs
