Senior PMO/Project Manager Contract Dublin 12 Months. My client a leading global name in their space is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Senior PMO/Project Manager to join them on a contract basis for 12 months and potentially longer. The roles will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of multiple key programmes ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Your key duties will include and not subject to, Managing multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Manage project plans and timelines, working with resource owners to allocate resources effectively. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and take corrective actions as needed. A big part of the role will be to manage internal and external resources, including third-party vendors and contractors. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure service delivery. It will be critical that you are able to manage project budgets and ensure financial are in alignment with overall business plans. Track project costs and ensure effective utilisation of resources to meet financial targets. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of using Jira, Experience working as a PMO, project reporting experience and experience of creating sprint review outputs.
