Customer Success Representative - German - Relocation Offered Location: Onsite in Cork, Ireland Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: €38,000-€39000+ €1,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Support Start Date: December 1st, 2025 About the Role As a Customer Success Representative, you'll help new and existing clients get the most from our client's fintech solutions-guiding them through onboarding, building strong relationships, and ensuring long-term satisfaction. You'll play a vital role in helping businesses thrive while developing your own skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented team. Key Responsibilities Engage with new and existing clients to deliver a smooth onboarding and activation experience. Build meaningful relationships and provide proactive support to ensure client success and satisfaction. Deliver virtual product demonstrations and offer tailored solutions to help customers achieve their business goals. Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer journey. Contribute to individual and team success metrics, focusing on customer engagement and retention. What You'll Bring Fluency in German and English (spoken and written). At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or another client-facing role. A consultative, problem-solving mindset and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed. Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills. An interest in technology, innovation, and fintech solutions. Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems (a plus).
