A leading developer is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the delivery team for a new residential apartment block in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile residential project and contribute to its successful delivery. Responsibilities: Manage all commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion. Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation. Monitor and control project costs, variations, and cash flow. Collaborate with the design team, contractors, and clients to ensure commercial compliance. Conduct site visits to validate progress and support contract administration. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QS staff where required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on residential projects. Experience working with main contractors or developers. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management. Relevant professional qualification Salary & Benefits: €80,000 - €85,000 DOE Vehicle Fuel Card Pension Career development opportunities.
