Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a Leading Law Firm in Dublin city centre, on a Proposal Lead Vacancy. Joining a growing team working with the firms Partners, Client Teams, Managers and Marketing, youll be responsible to support the creation of all pitch and proposals of the firm. The Role: Project managing the entire pitch process, from planning to pricing and presenting. Leading a team of bid managers and coordinators, offering guidance and support on best practices, processes and tools. Developing and implementing a clear pitching strategy that aligns with the firms business objectives and reviewing it regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Liaising with Partners, fee earners and other stakeholders to identify business opportunities. Conducting trends analysis to identify areas for improvement. Ensuring proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting, and quality standards. Contributing to strategies and key win themes. The Candidate: Strong experience in leading and delivering pitches, ideally within the legal sector or a professional services environment. Degree qualified and ideally has project management experience/qualification. Excellent written abilities with strong attention to detail, editing and proof-reading skills. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively. The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to network with colleagues to develop content. Produce high standards of work. Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time. High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
