Partner closely with legal, compliance, and data governance teams to ensure alignment implementation and prioritization of the latest standards, regulations, and best practices.
Partner with product departments and studios to translate these global standards into practical feature requests and development roadmaps for our games and out-of-game experiences.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to balance trust & safety initiatives with growth objectives, ensuring compliance and safety are integral to product development.
Partner with analytics and player support to gather insights on player behavior, trust, sentiment, and emerging risks, using these insights to inform policies and processes.
4. Team Leadership and Development
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of trust & safety specialists, ensuring each team member has the resources, training, and support needed to excel.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation to keep the team ahead of emerging challenges in the trust and safety space.
Build a scalable structure that aligns with our company’s growth and ensures proactive risk management.
5. Player Advocacy and Communication
Serve as the internal advocate for player safety, championing initiatives that promote a secure and positive experience for our gaming community.
Manage external communications related to trust and safety, including policy updates, incident responses, and player education campaigns on privacy and safety best practices.
