FRS Recruitment is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Administrator (Agri) on behalf of a leading Irish Agribusiness based in North Tipperary. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer-focused professional to join a dynamic and supportive team within a growing organisation.

Location: North Tipperary

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: Immediate (for the successful candidate)

Hours: Monday to Friday, Office-based

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering a professional and friendly service.

- Accurately create and process sales orders within the internal system.

- Prepare quotations, confirm pricing, and follow up with customers as required.

- Manage and respond to website and online shop enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

- Oversee the end-to-end processing of online orders, ensuring prompt fulfilment and delivery.

- Maintain and update the company’s web shop — including product details, pricing, images, and stock levels.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Parts, and Operations to resolve queries and ensure excellent customer service.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation, contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

- Support ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as directed by management.

Skills & Experience Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.

- Proficient computer skills, including order entry systems, email, and spreadsheets.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

- Proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Good understanding of agricultural products and machinery is highly desirable.

- Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, or order processing is an advantage.
