You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the TMT sector while developing your own career within a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing team. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position: Extensive consulting or direct industry experience within the TMT sector, with a strong track record in operational change and transformation. Proven expertise in project, programme, and change management, ideally supported by professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PROSCI. Hands-on experience in transformation projects with a focus on one or more of the following: Digital Transformation, Operations Excellence, Digital Regulation & Safety, Business Intelligence, or Artificial Intelligence. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build trusted relationships across diverse senior client stakeholders. Success in the Role: Lead and successfully deliver complex client engagements across the TMT industry, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to proposal development. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Drive innovation by applying the latest technologies and best practices to solve clients' most pressing challenges. What type of work will I be doing? Leading client projects and managing delivery teams. Engaging with clients to understand their challenges and develop tailored solutions. Supporting business development activities, including proposal writing and opportunity identification. Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues to build capability and ensure successful project delivery. Where is this role based? This role is based in Dublin or Cork, Ireland, with a flexible hybrid working model that balances time in the office, client sites, and remote working.
