Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor for a Commercial Manager to join a on major data centre projects in Dublin and across Europe. This is a high-impact role with full commercial responsibility across procurement, cost control, and financial performance. You'll be leading a strong commercial team and working closely with project stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence. The role is based in Dublin head office.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead procurement activities to meet project timelines and budget targets
- Implement and maintain robust cost management practices
- Produce accurate commercial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate across teams from pre-construction through delivery
- Build and maintain strong client and supply chain relationships
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
- Oversee subcontractor onboarding and ensure contract compliance
- Support timely billing and cash collection in line with contract terms
- Promote efficient, contractually compliant practices across the supply chain

Candidate Profile

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Proven experience with a Main Contractor
- Strong commercial, contractual, and financial acumen
- Experience with MEP and data centre projects (preferred)
- Familiarity with various procurement models (lump sum, remeasure, design-build)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
