Our client, a leading organisation in the automotive industry, is currently seeking a Service Parts Associate to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Workshop Parts Specialist to support the workshop parts operations and ensure optimal inventory movements and controls in the branch. You will also be responsible for the coordination of the Core Inventory, as well as material handling and returns to the Parts Distribution Centre. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm Salary: Dependent on experience, €30,000-€40,000 per annum Contract: Ongoing position with the view to a permanent contract Responsibilities: Carry out day-to-day activities for inventory processing within the branch, including picking and packing of goods Ensure timely goods receipting and dispatch of parts to meet the requirements of the Service Department and external customers Coordinate with the Internal Service teams for order processing and fulfilment, as well as returns Liaise with the Material Planning team for parts demand, replenishment, and escalations Coordinate with the Inventory Control team for branch cycle count processes and inventory control Review and understand inventory adjustments for the branch, implementing process improvement actions Collaborate with the Core Administrator on customer and branch core processing actions Conduct cycle counting and investigation activities Support planned operator care and maintenance tasks Qualifications: Relevant work experience or specialised skills in logistics, warehousing, or third-party logistics provider management Forklift truck experience is essential Driving licence preferred Proven experience in parts and warehouse operations If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in inventory management, order processing, and material handling, our client would like to hear from you.
