Role and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Virtualization Engineer to implement virtualization products.
What’s involved: Manage and support networking, security, servers, and operating systems.
Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, testing, and documentation of virtualization platforms and associated software products.
Ensure maximum availability, reliability, and performance of virtualization platforms at both server and client levels.
Collaborate with architecture teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and practical solutions.
Define, implement, and manage automation processes for virtualized environments.
Provide advanced troubleshooting, software support, and problem diagnosis in coordination with other support teams.
Install, test, and deploy system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Develop and maintain best practices, documentation, and templates to support consistent service delivery.
Administer and manage core infrastructure services including:
VMware and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Active Directory and Domain Administration
Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
File and Print services
Thin Client Management
What you need: Strong expertise in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
Solid knowledge of networking, security, and server management.
Experience with Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Hands-on experience in backup, disaster recovery, and system automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Strong documentation and process development capabilities.
What’s on offer: 12 month rolling contract
500 daily rate
