Purpose of the Role: To support service expansion, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Speech and Language Therapist. The successful candidate will be a member of a very experienced Multi-Disciplinary Team that works collaboratively with all staff. Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent
- Current registration with CORU
Desirable Qualifications:
- Training in Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC)
- Completion of Lámh training course
Essential Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
- Clinical experience in the management of FEDS disorders
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience as a Senior Speech & Language Therapist
- Experience of working with adults or children who have an Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury, together with other complex needs.
- Experience of working as a member of a Multi-Disciplinary Team
