Reman-Europe Ltd We are located in Greenouge Dublin. We provide overhaul and test services for Gas Turbine valves and associated equipment. We are Specialists in electro-hydraulic control valves for the oil and gas industries. We service and sell all the auxiliary components on a gas turbine including products such as Fuel Control Gas Valves, Liquid Fuel Valves, Ratcheting sequencing valves, bypass valves, Stop Valves, Inlet Guide Vane Actuators and fluid flow dividers. Position: Mechanical Fitter General Duties: Overhaul of Control Valves. Disassembly of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Assemblies. Cleaning and inspection of reusable parts. Replacing Seal kits. Rebuild Control valve to OEM specification. Support other workshop Technicians. Maintaining a tidy workshop. Training will be provided as required. Experience: Strong communication skills. Reliable and conscious individual required. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic components. Working in a valve or component repair facility an advantage. Some Manual lathe experience an advantage. Skills: Overhaul and repair experience, Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience, Manual Handling Certificate, Hand Tools.
