Responsibilities
Participating in a mechanical team and managing contractors for upkeep, fixes, and installations.Maintain the engineering space in terms of cleanliness; perform preventative maintenance on the plant; and assist in identifying, quantifying, implementing, and presenting equipment continuous improvement programs.Investigate repairs and identify the source of equipment failures and process issues caused by equipment.Assure the efficient execution and continuous evaluation of scheduled equipment maintenance procedures on MAXIMO (site CMMS).Monitor equipment to suggest process improvements and assist engineering and production staff with ongoing enhancements.Reduce equipment downtime through prompt action, efficient root cause investigation, and sound problem-solving methods. What You Will Need to Succeed
Maintenance Fitter Craft Certificate or equivalent.Good communication skills, teamwork abilities and initiative.Proven ability to work well as part of a team & on your own with minimum supervisionMust be self-motivated and can work in a team and/or on your own initiative.Strong technical capability with attention to detail.Expertise and knowledge of a WWTP would be an advantage.
