The Responsibilities:

Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a thoughtful, curious, and collaborative engineer who thrives in a team that values respect, openness, and continuous learning.
You enjoy solving problems, sharing ideas, and building software that delivers real value to users. You’re someone who takes pride in writing clean, maintainable code, and who’s eager to learn from others while contributing your own perspective.
You believe that great products are built through trust and teamwork — where every voice is heard, and where we challenge ideas, not people.
You communicate clearly, approach challenges with a positive attitude, and see feedback as an opportunity to grow. Above all, you care about contributing to a healthy, supportive engineering culture and doing work that makes a difference.
The Essentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in professional software development using:
- .Net with C#, Javascript, relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, cloud hosting platforms such Microsoft Azure, Amazon, GCP etc, source‑control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, or TFS, Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experienced in the design and implementation of high volume REST API’s.
- Comprehensive understanding of object‑oriented programming principles and patterns.
- Experience with unit testing and test‑driven development.
- Solid understanding and experience with continuous integration and delivery practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and break them down into actionable tasks with guidance as needed.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
Desirable but Non‑Essential
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform and other DevOps tools desirable
- Hands‑on experience with Sencha Ext JS framework
- Experience with C++
