Working as part of a collaborative cross-functional team, you will contribute to the development of next-generation desktop applications used in high-reliability diagnostic environments.This role is ideal for developers passionate about creating robust, maintainable, and user-centric applications in a .NET/C# environment. You will report directly to the Product Development Engineering Manager and collaborate closely with software, hardware, and mechanical engineers.Responsibilities:Project Delivery:Design and implement new features for our desktop software applications using C# and .NET.Translate user and system requirements into technical tasks and deliverables.Ensure quality documentation and artefacts are maintained at each software release point.Team Collaboration:Operate as an effective team player in a cross-functional agile development environment.Maintain a positive, solutions-focused mindset.Support shared team goals with a cooperative and respectful approach.Process & Compliance:Deliver work in accordance with agile methodologies and sprint planning.Assist in the planning and coordination of software releases.Ensure all activities are aligned with internal Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements.Requirements:Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.Minimum of 2 years' experience in software development.At least 1 year of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET Framework.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality outcomes.Effective communicator, capable of working well within and across teams.Demonstrates initiative, urgency, and attention to detail.Desirable:Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.Familiarity with SQL Server or SQL Server Express.Knowledge of WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).Background in regulated environments or medical software development is a plus.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
