They are a busy private dental practice who operates two clinics in Dublin.

They are looking for an energetic person to demonstrate the ability to lead and support the clinical staff independently in our Ballsbridge clinic.

This is only a brief outline of the main duties involved:

- Full time position Monday to Friday to maintain the smooth and efficient running of the clinic on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure protocols for all are as in the practice have been developed and implement so that all staff members and clinicians are aware what the procedures are should any issues arise
- To lead and develop a high preforming administration team, oversee staff training/development and support
- Enable good communication within the practice, organise regular meetings with each department/clinician and push for delivery
- Develop and maintain third party relationships such as patients, and suppliers
- Oversee clinic purchases
- Responsible for maintenance of building/Suite, equipment, and IT
- To carry out such duties as deemed necessary for the efficient running of the practice and to maintain the integrity of our clinic
- Dental experience preferable
