They are a busy private dental practice who operates two clinics in Dublin.They are looking for an energetic person to demonstrate the ability to lead and support the clinical staff independently in our Ballsbridge clinic.This is only a brief outline of the main duties involved:Full time position Monday to Friday to maintain the smooth and efficient running of the clinic on a day-to-day basisEnsure protocols for all are as in the practice have been developed and implement so that all staff members and clinicians are aware what the procedures are should any issues ariseTo lead and develop a high performing administration team, oversee staff training/development and supportEnable good communication within the practice, organise regular meetings with each department/clinician and push for deliveryDevelop and maintain third party relationships such as patients, and suppliersOversee clinic purchasesResponsible for maintenance of building/Suite, equipment, and ITTo carry out such duties as deemed necessary for the efficient running of the practice and to maintain the integrity of our clinicDental experience preferableJob Details:Job Type:Full-timeBenefits:Employee discountSchedule:FlexitimeMonday to FridayExperience:Dental Practice Manager: 1 year (required)Work Location:In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
