Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Sub-Saharan Africa, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers focused on customer success by providing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). As a team member, you’ll work with business owners and help them grow, shaping the future of innovation and having fun doing it.
Responsibilities Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
Own a portfolio of medium and large businesses, understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans.
Pitch and consult with customers on digital marketing strategies and budgets.
Drive customer growth by providing outstanding sales experiences and meeting business and marketing objectives.
Manage stakeholders and build relationships with customers and agencies.
