Office Services Coordinator Global Legal Practice - Contract until end of year (approx. 6 months) - Fully Onsite in great location in Dublin 2 - €33,000 - €37,000 DOE - Minimum 2 years of extensive experience in administrative / coordinating position - Legal experience desirable but not essential We're looking for a tech-savvy and dedicatedOffice Services Coordinator to join our clients' team and play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations of their dynamic office environment. What You'll Do: This multifaceted role involves a wide range of essential office services functions. You'll be supporting daily operations, which may include: Managing incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and courier services. Overseeing office supplies, inventory and equipment, including stocking and ordering as needed. Coordinating and preparing conference rooms, including AV equipment setup and troubleshooting. Monitoring visitor access, issuing badges and liaising with building management on various facility-related matters. Providing a variety of administrative and support functions, assisting colleagues, clients and visitors with printing, Wi-Fi and other general office needs. Step in and assist with various tasks across the department as needed - willingness to learn is essential in this position. About You: You're a proactive and detail-oriented individual with: Minimum 2-3 years of administrative / coordinating experience, in a client facing role. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle situations with patience, tact and diplomacy. Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage competing deadlines effectively. Tech Savvy with passion for problem solving. A collaborative spirit and a strong initiative.
