Link Personnel have Partnered with one of Ireland’s largest full service law firms on a EA vacancy supporting the Firm’s Managing Partner. The successful candidate will provide first class
secretarial and administrative support to the MP, ensuring the highest standards of performance,
professionalism, organisational skills, and discretion.

We’re inviting applications from candidates with extensive EA/PA experience, ideally supporting Partner’s and/or senior management within a professional services organisation. You will have worked in an initiative-led role and be able to provide exceptional support without detailed monitoring and instruction.

The Role:

- Detailed diary management, including organising meetings, and providing support on planning where MP is invited to external events
- Organising all travel arrangements, including booking hotels, flights and local transportation, expense claims, organising business related functions, liaising with finance in relation to payment of invoices etc.
- Email – monitoring and management of MP’s email inbox. Flagging items for attention and drafting
certain email responses on behalf of the MP.
- Working closely with MP to ensure adequate support is provided for all of their interactions, including preparation of meeting briefs, itineraries, weekly updates and other administrative activities that support the efficient running of the firm.
- Scheduling of meetings; board meetings, committee meetings, partner meetings including associated
events for example annual dinners.
- Taking all meeting minutes and notes and sharing and storing appropriate.
- Document Production – Working on Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations.

The Candidate:

- Will be resilient, with the ability to remain calm in highly pressured situations.
- Will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple
deadlines, competing tasks and stakeholders at once.
- You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels within the firm.
- Will have a professional and flexible approach and work in a methodical manner.
- Will be discreet and maintain the utmost confidentiality at all times.
- Have meticulous attention to detail and display a high level of accuracy in all skills.
- You will be proactive and have the ability to work independently whilst maintaining close contact with your manager and colleagues.
- Will be confident with a high level of proficiency in MS Office.
