German-Speaking Business Development Representative | Outbound Growth Opportunity
You’ve started your sales journey — now it’s time to take it further.
If you have 6–12 months of inbound or hybrid sales experience and want to strengthen your outbound skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment, this role could be the right next step.
We’re hiring German-speaking Business Development Representatives to join a rapidly growing SaaS company establishing its presence in the Irish market.
This is a chance to sharpen your outbound prospecting skills — learning how to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with senior Account Executives, test and refine messaging, and develop a structured sales approach that sets you up for future closing roles.
What’s on offer:
- €43,550 base + generous commission (OTE €67K)
- Full-time, permanent position
- Clear path for growth and promotion
- Hybrid work model (2 days remote per week, Dublin office)
