Grow your career.If you’re a motivated sales professional fluent in German and English — and you thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving environment — this could be the next big step in your SaaS career.Our client, a rapidly expanding MarTech SaaS company, is growing its Dublin team and looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join their SMB sales team. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to close, while also partnering closely with BDRs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real value to ecommerce and retail brands across EMEA.This is the right move if you love building your own pipeline, collaborate with BDRs, closing deals with pace, and being part of a company where impact and growth are visible every day.What You’ll Be DoingOwn the full sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to demo, negotiation, and closeBuild and maintain your own pipeline, collaborating closely with BDRs to create new opportunitiesEngage and consult with decision-makers in ecommerce, D2C, and retail brands across EMEAManage multiple deals with speed and precision in a fast-paced environmentCollaborate and share insights with peers to elevate team performanceRepresent the brand with professionalism, energy, and consistencyWhat You BringFluent in German and English (spoken and written)2+ years’ experience carrying a revenue quota in B2B SaaS or MarTechStrong outbound mindset and comfort building pipeline independentlyConfidence engaging with marketing leaders and C-level stakeholdersA competitive, target-driven attitude with a hunger to winResilience, adaptability, and curiosity — you thrive on growth and feedbackFully authorized to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid permit)What’s on Offer€65, base + commission (OTE €,)Hybrid working model: 2 remote days per week (Grand Canal, Dublin 2)Private healthcare, pension plan, and stock optionsClear path for career growth and advancementA culture that rewards ambition, collaboration, and continuous improvementIf you’re ready to step into a fast-paced AE role where you can build, close, and truly make an impact — we’d love to hear from you.#LI-TO1
