As a Pantry Assistant, you'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team, contributing to a positive and friendly work environment. This is a part time role, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality food and beverages that delight our clients and customers

Create eye-catching counter and product displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience

Merchandise and restock retail products, ensuring shelves and displays are well-presented, clean, and fully stocked

Manage stock levels, including ordering, rotation, and waste control, to maintain efficiency and freshness

Operate cash registers and handle transactions with professionalism and accuracy

Restock and maintain instant coffee machines, ensuring they are clean, filled, and in good working order

Support promotional and marketing activities to increase product awareness and sales

Uphold high standards of Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety across all areas

Contribute to a safe and positive workplace, always following company policies and procedures

Our ideal Pantry Assistant will:

Bring a positive, can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm to every task

Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner

Be a team player who supports others and works collaboratively

Have a keen eye for detail in merchandising and display presentation

Show excellent time management, organisation, and reliability

Take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming service areas

Previous experience in catering, retail, or hospitality is a bonus, but passion and willingness to learn are what truly matter
