General Responsibilities: To ensure the hotel achieves the Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets and that the highest standards of luxury and quality delivered consistently to our guests To comply with the Health & Safety regulations of the hotel To have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel To anticipate guests needs and ensure that service is provided to the level they require and beyond their expectations Specific duties: To ensure that linen pantries are restocked as per departmental checklist To deal with the linen delivery and collection To set up roll away beds/ baby cots and assist the guests with any other requirements To assist with cleaning of the back of house areas The above list is not exhaustive and may be added to in the future.
