Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to join our Customer Support team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional pre and post-sales support to both internal and external customers. As the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to RFQs, sales orders, and RMAs, the Account Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities Give support to German clients
Deliver pre and post-sales support to customers, channel partners, and field sales representatives.
Prepare and maintain quotations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Process customer sales orders, ensuring adherence to SOX requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis and reporting, including preparing weekly reports for customers.
Manage quality returns and coordinate with repair centres as necessary.
Resolve post-sales issues related to order management, delivery, and payment.
Perform data validation across various reports for sales representatives and customers.
Take on assigned projects and adapt responsibilities as needed to meet organisational goals.
Qualifications Associate degree in science/technology, business, or a related field required.
Experience in a customer support or account coordination role.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in another language (preferably German) is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 365 is preferred.
Demonstrable organisational skills and the ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
Capable of planning and implementing new technologies and methods as required.
