Key Responsibilities: Supervise swimmers and pool areas at all times Enforce pool rules and safety regulations Perform rescues and provide first aid/CPR when necessary Conduct regular safety checks and report hazards Maintain cleanliness and proper chemical levels in the pool area Requirements: Valid lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross or equivalent) CPR and First Aid certification Strong observational and communication skills Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies Skills: Communication Teamwork Training Benefits: Gym membership
