This role focuses on selling Britvic Ireland's full beverage portfolio to Foodservice and Workplace channels in the Dublin area.
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven On Trade Key Account Manager to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Britvic Ireland's full beverage portfolio across the Foodservice and Workplace sector, including brands such as Club, TK, MiWadi, Ballygowan, and Aqualibra taps. Outlets include canteens, fast-food outlets, cinemas, offices, and vending solutions. Your primary focus will be ensuring efficient and effective routes to market, maximizing sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with wholesale partners.
Responsibilities Grow distribution, revenue, volume, trading contribution, and market share by brand, channel, and pack in line with or above target (Volume, Net Sales, TP) in line with sub-channel targets, including forecast accuracy for your customers.
Improve product availability for the full Britvic soft drink range, including Pepsi, 7UP, Club, Ballygowan, MiWadi, Cidona, London Essence Premium mixers, and Teisseire in On Trade, Hospitality, Foodservice, and Workplace outlets.
Deliver the quarterly sales target of Aqua Libra Co Taps, Soft Drinks Dispense units, and Ballygowan Water Coolers in the territory (Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Foodservice, Workplace, and Leisure customers).
Organize and attend monthly meetings with your direct team, covering targets, operational standards, development of your people, and living our Growth Culture.
Collaborate with the C&I team, KAM, NAM, and wholesalers within the territory, communicating quarterly promotional activities and ensuring compliance with Joint Business Plans (JBP).
Coach the team in "Consultative Selling" with customers and potential customers, seeking new business opportunities for high-volume soft drink outlets.

Education/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in route to market management or a related field within the beverage industry, with a proven track record of success. Experience leading a team is necessary.
