Customer Support Specialist - Remote Role for Regional Talent

Are you passionate about helping people and driven to deliver exceptional service?

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a growing, customer-focused team - in a fully remote capacity for candidates based outside of Munster.

Please note: This position is open exclusively to candidates living outside of Munster. This decision is based on operational requirements and location logistics, and ensures we can best support both our team structure and business needs.

Salary: €28,500 per annum

Start dates: August & September

- Stay informed on processes and participate in regular training sessions
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in every interaction
